This adorable little girl was born on Mothers Day, May 8 so she is now 8 weeks old and ready to go to her forever home. Although she weighs just under 2 pounds, she does not have a "petite" personality -- she is strong and active, playful, friendly and affectionate. She gets along well with children and other dogs, has had her first shot and has been wormed. She will be sold with a health guarantee.
A Cavapoo is a hybrid, or designer dog, a deliberate mix of two purebred dogs (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle), to combine the desired traits of both breeds. It is thought that hybrids are more robust than their purebred counterparts and that they are less prone to breed-specific genetic defects. Cavapoos are very friendly, affectionate, smart and easy to train and are low to no-shedding. They make wonderful, devoted companions and are even-tempered and calm -- not barkers. Their exercise needs are moderate -- they love to play and exercise outdoors, but equally enjoy sitting on the couch or in someone's lap.
We are not a kennel. All our dogs are kept as pets, in our home, and our litters are raised underfoot, with much affection and handling. The parents of this puppy are on premises. We do not sell dogs we have not bred and we do not sell to pet stores. Please, no pet store calls!
We are located in Orange County, NY, near Middletown and about a half hour from Stewart International Airport. For the safety of our dogs, we do not ship but in most cases, for an additional fee, we can arrange escorted delivery to many locations. For distances up to 200 miles, we will meet you halfway, at no charge, with exception of NY City and Long Island.
